Once registered, the user chooses a payment package that will suit them and then makes a payment with the reference number that will be provided. They also send images of the property (preferably inside and outside) and completes and send us details of the property on a standard template that we use.
Once the payment has been received and has been allocated, our back-office team uploads the advert. For an additional fee, we get to post the property on our social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
The potential tenants or buyers will contact the owner or agent directly on the number that will have been provided.
Once the property has been taken or the owner or agent wishes to remove the advert from our platform, we will require a “Remove Ad” online function/USSD/written request to be sent to us, and we will remove the advert and send confirmation of the removal of the advert[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How It Works?” style=”round_outline” el_class=”custom-faq-01 custom-hover”]The web-based application is easy to navigate.
